Dr. Blake Hoover, D.C. Dr. Blake Hoover is the founder of ActiveMend Chiropractic And Rehabilitation, where he specializes in Active Release Techniques (ART) and sports rehabilitation. With a focus on individualized care, Dr. Hoover combines chiropractic adjustments, targeted therapies, and patient education to help clients achieve long-term pain relief and optimal function. His mission is to empower each patient with the knowledge and tools needed for lasting health and a more active lifestyle.

Dr. Sam was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Akron before attending chiropractic school at Logan University.
